Thank you for showing interest in your Patient Participation Group (PPG).
Our aim is to recruit more members for our already established group of named patients and clinicians who will meet six times a year to discuss issues that concern all people who visit as patients, or work at Modality Mid Sussex. These issues may be about the way we develop and deliver health care, or appointments, or any topic that will help us improve our service and the expectations of patients.
This is a voluntary role and only open to patients of Modality Mid Sussex or the carer of patients of Modality Mid Sussex.
